Practice programmes for practitioners and researchers
The Children's Research Network welcomes those who are outside academia or do not identify as 'researchers' but wish to stay informed and up-skilled in terms of research and evidence-informed practice or policy. Our membership spans a wide range of practitioners and service-providers, from NGOs; community, voluntary and social enterprise entities; to government/statutory bodies.
Our Special Interest Groups (SIGs) are particularly well placed to provide support, links and informal mentorship. Get in touch! Our current SIGs are:
Early Childhood Research Group
Child and Youth Participation Research Group
Outdoor Play and Participation Research Special Interest Group
Child and Youth Migration Special Interest Group
If you have a particular area of interest beyond those fields, please contact the Children's Research Network Research Coordinator at childrensresearchnetwork@tcd.ie to explore if there may be members within the Network who may be able to be of help to you!
